These Terms and Conditions of Use (‘Terms’) apply to the Fish Local website at (‘Site’). You, the user of the Site, can print off these Terms, or store them in your computer, for future reference. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing and using the Site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The Site is intended to provide information to UK consumers and retailers about the Kent and Essex fishing industry, and to enable members of the local fishing industry to promote themselves and their products to the local community.

Nothing on the Site is an offer for any products or services, and we do not act as the producer or supplier of, or as an agent for any other person in relation to the supply of, any products or services.

We reserve the right to change the way the Site works from time to time, and to add to or withdraw any features of the Site, without giving notice.

Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its content are protected by copyright, database right and other intellectual property rights. Ownership of all such intellectual property rights in the Site and its contents will remain vested in us and anyone else who has allowed us to us their content on the Site. Except as expressly provided by these Terms, all rights in the Site and its content are reserved.

Downloading content from the Site
The Site may allow you to download information and other content on the Site.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view, download, store and print off the content available on the Site, subject to these Terms
